Role Summary

We’re hiring an independently licensed clinician and new graduates who need supervision to provide outpatient psychotherapy (telehealth and/or in-person). You’ll focus on clinical work while our team supports scheduling, intake coordination, and billing/credentialing 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual therapy 

  • Complete assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in our EHR

  • Collaborate with our clinical team as needed and coordinate care/referrals

  • Use evidence-based and culturally responsive approaches

Required Qualifications (Please read carefully)

  • Active, unrestricted clinical license in BOTH states:

    • Virginia: LPC or LCSW

    • Maryland: LCPC or LCSW‑C

  • Ability to practice independently or under supervision

  • Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and professional boundaries

  • Comfortable providing telehealth (HIPAA-compliant environment + reliable internet)

  • Ability to meet documentation and session attendance expectations

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, grief, anxiety, depression, couples work

  • Bilingual clinicians strongly encouraged to apply

  • Experience with children/adolescents, perinatal mental health, or substance use (if relevant to your practice)

Compensation 

  • Licensed Track (LPC/LCPC or LCSW/LCSW‑C): 55%–60% of collections (sessions + intakes).

  • MSW Supervision Track: 45%–50% of collections PLUS FREE weekly individual (1:1) supervision and documentation/note support.

  • Clinicians receive 100% of collected cancellation/no-show fees.

  • Pay is based on services rendered/collected and varies by payer and service type.

  • Support provided: scheduling, marketing/referrals, billing/credentialing support. Pay clinicians 100% of any collected late-cancel / no-show fees
